Jean Paul Gut
Co-founder
Jean-Paul orchestrated the merger Matra-Aerospatiale and the creation of EADS. At EADS, he was appointed Executive VP, member of the Executive Committee, President of EADS International.
In 2005, he became EADS’ COO with responsibility over Strategy, M&A, International affairs and Marketing.
Jean-Paul led several major M&A transactions around the globe, in the Aerospace, Defence, Technology, Telecom, Media, Sports and Automotive industries.
Jean Paul left EADS in 2007 and co founded Armat.
Jean-Paul graduated from Institut d'Etudes Politiques Paris and holds a Master in Economics.
Former Board memberships includes EADS, Lagardère, Dassault.
Edouard Ullmo
Co-founder
Edouard held senior position in the aeronautic industry until 2008 before co founding Armat.
Edouard started his career in 1988 in Korea where he served as Commercial Attaché for the French Embassy in Seoul.
He then held several international sales position within Matra and Eurocopter before joining Airbus where he served as Executive Vice President Sales at Airbus.
Didier Bensadoun
CEO & CFO
From 1996 to 2012, Didier was a Director at Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild Europe, and co-lead the Asset Management Family Office division.
From 2012 to 2019, Didier was a Partner and Administrator of Arche Wealth Management
Didier holds a Degree in Maths & Econometrics and Diploma in Financial Risks Management.
